I build systems that make complex products feel simple — and safe at scale.

I'm Anveet Mehta — a product builder focused on onboarding, payments, risk, and compliance. I like hard constraints, clean abstractions, and shipping experiments that compound into platforms.

About

I'm systems-first. I don't start with screens — I start with the underlying machine: actors, incentives, constraints, failure modes, and decisions.

Professionally, I build in domains where mistakes cost money and trust. Personally, I'm always tinkering — multi-agent AI, compliance intelligence, decision engines, and even a café — because building is how I learn.

What I'm known for

  • Turning ambiguity into a system people can run
  • Designing modular layers (plugins, decisioning, workflows)
  • Balancing growth + risk without "checkbox compliance"

Currently

  • Multi-agent AI that helps people reason, not just answer
  • Compliance as a continuous intelligence system (diff → impact → action)
  • Vendor-agnostic risk layers with plugin architecture
  • Decisioning systems that stay explainable under edge cases
  • Real-world experimentation through Bread Coffee & Company

Projects & Experiments

Things I'm building — some professional, some personal, all driven by curiosity.

Selected Case Studies

Deep dives into complex problems I've worked on.

Case Study

Workflow Visibility Platform

Unified fragmented internal operations into a single actionable control plane.

What I did: Designed the workflow state machine, data model, and role-based decision surfaces.

Outcome: Reduced manual status reconciliation by 38% and cut escalation response from days to hours.

Guided Onboarding System

Created a modular onboarding architecture for faster activation and better retention.

What I did: Defined segmentation strategy, designed journey composer, and coordinated launch readiness.

Outcome: Improved activation rate by 24% and reduced time-to-value by 31% in target segments.

How I Think

01

Systems over Journeys

Most people design journeys. I design systems. A journey can be optimized. A system can be scaled.

At Signzy, I reframed onboarding from a linear flow into a modular system with pluggable verification layers — so adding a new market didn't mean rebuilding the pipeline.

  • Core components and interactions
  • Sources of complexity
  • Abstraction layers
  • System-level optimization
02

Curiosity over Outcomes

Why do onboarding systems fail at scale? Why does compliance feel reactive? How can AI move from answering questions to shaping decisions? These questions usually turn into projects.

That curiosity about reactive compliance led me to build the AI Compliance Assistant — turning regulatory diffs into structured, actionable insights instead of PDF dumps.

  • Asking better questions
  • Learning through building
  • Following curiosity into domains
03

Simplicity over Complexity

Simplicity is usually hiding behind complexity. Good systems reduce effort for both users and operators. If something feels complicated, it's usually poorly designed.

The Workflow Visibility Platform replaced 4 disconnected tracking tools with a single state machine — fewer dashboards, but every team could finally see the same truth.

  • Reducing complexity
  • Design-led thinking
  • Clear ownership boundaries
